The call is made on behalf of Frontex International, and our consultants introduce themselves with their personal names. Our responsibility is to inform you about your debt, its history, the creditor from whom you received the financing, and the party who assigned or transferred the claim to us for collection.

When we are working on behalf of a client with whom we have a contractual agreement for debt collection, we contact you by phone or through written correspondence to consult you regarding the current situation and options for resolving unsettled financial matters.
