  • This message is our attempt to contact you and discuss the outstanding debt and possible ways to settle it.
  • In the message/notice we sent (whether on paper – letter or postcard, or electronically – email, SMS, or Viber message), you will find important information about the obligation we are tasked to collect or that has been included in a portfolio of non-performing receivables acquired by us
  • The most direct way to resolve issues related to non-performing receivables is regular communication between the parties. This will allow us to seek and achieve the optimal solution for each party.

  • Responsibility towards personal finances is crucial for financial health – both on an individual level and for society as a whole.
  • Settling debts is a long-term and sustainable way to address the problem of indebtedness, building trust for future financial relationships, including potential credit or loan opportunities.
  • Regular communication and agreeing on a repayment plan not only saves additional costs related to debt collection but also reduces the financial burden on the debtor, preventing the accumulation of interest and penalties.

If you currently do not have the means to settle your debt, do not hesitate to contact us. Let’s work together to find an acceptable solution. Inaction does not solve the problem; on the contrary, it only deepens it. Communication and negotiations are the key to reaching mutually beneficial solutions for all parties.

If necessary and upon your request, we can issue a Reference showing the current amount of your debt. This reference may be required for future financing in order to settle the debt with us.

The call is made on behalf of Frontex International, and our consultants introduce themselves with their personal names. Our responsibility is to inform you about your debt, its history, the creditor from whom you received the financing, and the party who assigned or transferred the claim to us for collection.

When we are working on behalf of a client with whom we have a contractual agreement for debt collection, we contact you by phone or through written correspondence to consult you regarding the current situation and options for resolving unsettled financial matters. We are authorized by the client to negotiate and arrange payment terms for the debt.

When our client’s or partner’s claim is transferred (assigned) to us, our call aims to provide you with complete information about the basis for the debt, the fact of its transfer to Frontex, the amount of the transferred debt, and the options for settling it.
