On 30 July 2010 Frontex International was accepted as a member of The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA).

          ACA International was established in 1939 in USA and it is the largest association, uniting over 5 000 collection companies all over the world. Its headquarters are located in Minneapolis and Washington, having in mind that the USA is the country with the greatest traditions and experience in credit and collection. АСА International establishes ethical standards, produces a wide variety of products, services and publications, gives new directions to the policy of the business etc.

         Admitting Frontex to an authoritative international professional organization is a logical step as a result of the big expansion and of becoming a dominant company on the Bulgarian market in different fields of business (banks, telecoms, insurance companies, corporative clients – B2B, B2C etc.) 

         The membership of Frontex to ACA gives opportunities to establish professional contacts with colleagues from all over the world, to participate in modern training courses and seminars, to have access to specialized literature etc.

The market situation preconditions an increase in the number of non-performing mortgage loans due to the drop in the household income, increase of unemployment, difficult access to credit products etc. We propose a scheme that would reduce the risk generated by the inability to service these loans based on the cooperation of FRONTEX with the largest real estate company in Bulgaria – ADDRESS Real Estate, belong to AG Capital as well. We persuade the customer to repay his outstanding obligation, while in case of lasting impossibility – to sign a contract for obligatory sale of the property. FRONTEX, together with ADDRESS Real Estate, realize the property at the free market and settle the obligation of the customer to the bank.
